The rear driver fender crease is going to take a lot of dressing out.

The driver tailligh area is just a very large shallow dent.

The lead seam was very easy to dress out.

The passenger taillight took almost nothing to dress out.

The passenger dog leg took two small sections on the exterior body surface. The door lips were another matter entirely.

The rust on the inside of the door would cause many people concern, but POR15 likes rusty metal. Just as with Betsy, the inside of the doors will be coated with POR15 to stop the rust.

After cleaning up the really bad rust, Kurt decided to weld in new metal for the bottom edge of the door.

The driver door needed a little putty work along the bottom. To repair the rust on the bottom, Kurt peeled back the skin, then put it back. That process left many small divets in the skin of the door. Never again.

The ripped off mirror on the driver door was a challenge to fix and get the curves correct.

The driver rear fender would prove to be the most challenging and time consuming spot to fix. The wheellip took many hours to get it just right.
