We purchased a new dash pad in light gray to match the seats.

New carpet was installed.

The brackets for holding the spare tire and jack in place were removed , freshened up and reinstalled.

The side interior panels from the '92 already had mount spots for speakers. All the panels were recolored to match the dash pad.

The seats are out of a 2002 Jeep Liberty, the one that was wrecked and caused us to purchase Flag. Now Pepe has headrests and adjustable, heated seats.

A new headliner was installed, but we kept the seatbelts and the woodgrain panel out of Pepe.

The seats both in place. Dad had to custom fabricate the mounting brackets.

The new stainless steel exhaust system from Gibson.

The exhaust mostly installed, just needed to be tightened up.

The crew pretended to be "Wilson Wilson" as they readied the bed for remounting to the frame.

We used the hoist with the H-beam to move the bed onto the frame safely.

The bed was slowly lowered into place.

We used a strap to hold the gas filler pipe up as we lowered the bed onto the frame.

Pepe reassembled and ready for the finishing touches. The tire in the foreground was the old one that replaced with a larger rim and new tires.

The new American Racing 15" wheels and 30" tires, both oversized for a Ranger but it works with the 2" lift kit.

Pepe's first drive up and down the street went mostly ok. Seems the cheap clutch slave cylinder that came with the clutch was defective and the clutch would not disengage. Back into the garage for repairs.

Dad decided to customize the taillights.

The custom taillight installed in Pepe. Notice the new custom bumper.

Now to install the tonneau that was origianlly purchased for Pepe and used for only a few weeks.

All the snaps had to be realigned. They were still so new they were hard to snap, even in the heated garage.

So hard that it required both Dad and our daughter to get the last ones snapped.

Tonneau installed and a tired worker.

Surprisingly to all of us the license plates were still good for another 6 months, so they were reinstalled on the truck.

The new class 3 trailer hitch was purchased and installed. It had to be special made to fit the Ranger due to the location of the spare tire.
