The roof had two spots where we rolled a larger area. This is the back one.

There was a nick in the edge of the tailgate, so we brushed in some All-U-Need.

The paassenger fender had a couple of small areas.

"Franken-door" mostly needed a skim at the bottom.

The donor passenger front door needed more work before we sprayed the All-U-Need, but since we didn't take that time, we had extra work to do on the welded up side stainless holes.

To level out the spot on the roof, we ended up back at bare metal in 1 small spot. Time for another coat.

The hood received a partial coat, what we had left in the roller tray.

Then we sprayed a full coat on the hood.

The inner fender wells would not fit into the sand blasting cabinet, so they were sent to the blasting shop. Both had minor rust areas that required fixing, so these were not powdercoated.

Even the radiator support was sandblasted.

The lower portion of the inner fender wells. No rust holes to fix here.

One rust spot down, several more to go.

Another spot after rust repair.

And another rust spot fixed on the inner fender wells.

The worst of the spots, now fixed.

The sandblaster provided a good surface to weld to for the rust repair.

The rust pitting is obvious here. But this will all be hidden, so smooth doesn't matter so much.

Passenger inner fender all fixed.

We were out of time and weather for shooting paint (Oct 2013), so we decided to spray color on the parts that main body. The fenders and splashpan were already in color (July 2013). The hood and window trims would have to wait until next spring. So, again there is a time jump in the pictures as the main body moves into the paint booth. The rest, well, we will update here when we get back to finishing up the body work.
