First show day has finally arrived. This is the company picnic and the debut of Kurt's Wagon. But Flag gets just as much attention.

I've received so many compliments and comments on the Jeep.

The display board was created by Nick Priola and stays with the KJ.

The flag colors were reflected in the fresh paint of the classic Chevy.

One of the other cars there that day, but had to leave before the rain started. It has no side glass.

The display board did sit in front of the Jeep, once the rain stopped and the pavement dried up enough.

The original windshield was pitted, causing a glare, so we had the windshield replaced. The installer was a Jeep enthusiast.

We went to a local Jeep show in 2015. Our son took his Cherokee.

Flag didn't win any awards, but we answered many questions about her that day.

We were able to take Flag to the 75th Anniversary Jeep parade in Toledo, OH, back to her birthplace. We were waved to the front of the lineup.

There were Jeeps in the show from every era and every model. Some were all original. Some were highly modified.

Flag was in very good company that day.

While we were there, we met someone from the Wrangler division who filled in the blanks on what happened to the other two Patriotic Jeeps.

While we had this very special Jeep so close, we visited the Flight 93 Memorial in PA. The goal is to take it to Ground Zero at some point. Getting to the Pentagon is a bit more difficult these days.
